Orders and Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with all products purchased from Bidgee Diesel Tuning (BDT). If you have an issue or are not satisfied with your purchase, choose the most convenient option from our Returns Policy below.

Consumer Guarantees

If you believe an item is faulty, you have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid, and any representations made about the goods (or service).

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.

If an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, BDT may not be able to provide a refund, exchange or repair.

BDT require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

The quickest way to return your item(s) for a replacement, refund or repair, is to visit BDT. Be sure to provide a copy of your tax invoice as proof of purchase. 

Damaged In Transit

If damage is only found upon unpacking, then please contact BDT that fulfilled your order as soon as possible. Contact details can be found on your order confirmation email. Please send photos of the damage carton and contents along with a copy of your tax invoice.

Not As Advertised/Incorrect Item

If your order arrives and it’s not what you ordered, please contact BDT Team on sales@bidgeedieseltuning.com.au

BDT has the right to cancel or not fulfil an order if:
• BDT is made aware after order confirmation that the good(s) are no longer in stock or cannot be supplied; or
• A pricing or product description error has occurred. BDT will refund the amount paid in respect of any cancelled order.

Faulty Product

Please contact BDT. Branch contact details can be found on your order confirmation email. Our friendly team members will happily address any concerns, and if necessary, refund, replace or repair the item. Please note, some manufacturers require us to send faulty items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.

Returns

BDT will not cover the cost of return freight should you be required to send back a part (e.g. the product is incorrectly ordered

If your item(s) need to be returned please contact our Customer Service Team on sales@mbidgeedieseltuning.com.au. Be sure to include your customer order number, name, phone number and product code of the item(s) you wish to return alongside details of the item.

We will happily address your concerns and if necessary, email a Returns Authorisation Notice to you. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Notice are not able to be processed. Once you receive the Returns Authorisation Notice via email, simply print it out and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, using the original outer packaging where possible.

We will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days (excluding shipments to remote locations), providing your Returns Authorisation Notice is included with the item(s) returned.
